Welcome to our charity website. Our mission is to support grassroots rugby by helping
to fund a development programme for girls and women's rugby. We have players travelling from Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire,
Forest of Dean and Oxford - so it is not just about Gloucestershire, as we include everyone who enjoys and benefits from
our rugby academy.
Our registered and constituted charity, funds and volunteer delivers this independant programme
through Gloucester Rugby who kindly enabled us to deliver under their Community Department,operating under Premier Rugby Ltd.
This has helped us to cover player insurance. The Junior Talent Squad, Girls Academy and the Women's Academy help
sustain many local clubs by enabling those with fewer numbers to retain their numbers in supporting players and coaches.
Contrary to the perception of many, we are currently not an elite academy, but an open academy.
